These Terms of Service govern your use of asksadhu.com and the related services provided by AskSadhu. By accessing the site or using our services, you agree to these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the site or our services. We may review and amend these terms at our discretion, and any changes take effect once published on this page.
What a reading is
AskSadhu readings are personalized interpretations drawn from traditional practices of face reading, palmistry, and astrology, offered for personal insight and self-exploration. They are not professional medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and they are not presented as scientifically established assessments of you or anyone else. You should not rely on a reading to make important decisions, and you should always consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Who may use AskSadhu
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use a reading. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to upload the photographs you submit, including permission from the other person in a couple reading, and that the details you provide are yours to share. You agree not to upload unlawful content, or images of other people without their permission, and to use the service only for lawful, personal purposes.
Acceptable use
When using the site and its services, you agree not to: copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or mirror the service or its materials; disrupt or abuse our networks or systems; transmit or publish any harassing, obscene, fraudulent, or unlawful material; send unauthorized advertising or spam; harvest other people's data without consent; or infringe the privacy, intellectual property, or other rights of anyone else.
Intellectual property
The materials and software on this website are owned by or licensed to AskSadhu and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your reading is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, and you may keep one copy for that purpose. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and it ends automatically if you breach these terms. You keep your rights to the photographs you upload, and you grant us a limited license to process them only to prepare and deliver your reading.
Purchases and delivery
Each reading is a one-time purchase at the price shown before payment. Readings are usually delivered within minutes to your email and your private link.
Refunds
Because each reading is generated on demand and delivered digitally, all sales are final and readings are non-refundable. If a technical problem on our side prevented your reading from being generated, please contact contact@asksadhu.com. Our support team reviews these situations case by case and will make it right, for example by regenerating your reading or, at our discretion, arranging another suitable remedy.
Availability of your reading
For your privacy, reading links may expire after a period of time. Please save a copy of your reading, including the downloadable version, if you would like to keep it indefinitely.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our website and its materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskSadhu disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AskSadhu and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its materials. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so parts of them may not apply to you.
Accuracy of materials
The materials on our website are for general information and personal insight only and are not comprehensive. We do not warrant or make any representation about the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials or of any reading.
